Membership fees (RM49) are non-refundable once activated.

2. Product Purchases  
Products may be eligible for return or exchange only if defective or damaged.

3. Cancellation  
Membership cannot be canceled once activated.

4. Processing  
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Decision Rights  
LunaAiSkin reserves the right to approve or reject any rest.
