1. Reward Credit System

LunaAiSkin operates a Reward Credit system where members may receive credits through participation activities, referrals, and engagement within the platform.

Reward Credits are designed as part of a user engagement and benefit system, and do not represent salary, income, or guaranteed earnings.

2. Wallet Balance

All Reward Credits will be reflected in the member’s Wallet Balance within the system.

Wallet Balance may be used for:

• Product purchases  
• Membership renewal  
• Selected service redemptions  

3. Withdrawal Request

Members may request to convert eligible Wallet Balance into cash value, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount applies  
• Processing fees may apply  
• All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review and approval  

LunaAiSkin reserves the right to approve, reject, or delay any withdrawal request for security, compliance, or verification purposes.

4. Non-Guaranteed Benefits

Reward Credits are provided as part of a promotional and engagement system.

LunaAiSkin does not guarantee any fixed return, profit, or financial outcome from participation.

5. Account Compliance

Any misuse of the system, including fraudulent referrals or manipulation of activities, may result in:

• Suspension of account  
• Cancellation of Reward Credits  
• Forfeiture of Wallet Balance  

6. Policy Adjustment

LunaAiSkin reserves the right to adjust Reward Credit structures, withdrawal conditions, and wallet policies at any time without prior notice.
